Cutting Wire
1.wire gauge and size must be compliant to drawing.
2.Working table must be clean and no foreign material.
3.No color difference, no dirty or damage on the jacket.
4.No color difference in same lot cable.
5.Conductor must be in the middle of wire, insulation must be uniform.

Peeling Jacket
1.peeling size must be compliant to drawing.
2.Working table must be clean and no foreign material.
3.No dirty and damage on the jacket surface.

Crimping Terminal
1.Must use the right terminals compliant to BOM & drawing.
2.Crimping do not break the insulation.
3.Cover all the conductors well, not crimp the jack, and without deformation.
4.Pull force should be meet the demand.

Overmolding
1.Must use the right mold as request.
2.No gap, shrink, bulge or parti-colour.
3.No burr or lacking glue.

Electrical Testing
1.Testing as request of drawing.
2.Test the cables 100%.
3.To make sure all the cables no short or open circuit, no wrong wiring, and no insulated.
